Your 2025 Money Wins Deserve a Standing Ovation πŸ‘

Pursuing true North

Hey there,

Can we talk about something we're all guilty of?

We're really good at remembering our financial mistakes - that impulse purchase, the month we blew the budget, the credit card balance that's still hanging around. But when it comes to our wins? We tend to brush right past them.

Not this year.

Here's what I learned on our journey to financial freedom: One thing that kept my family going - especially when the wins felt small and the finish line seemed forever away - was recognizing our progress periodically.

Because here's the truth: wins often come small and over time. We'd get in a rut. We'd question why we were doing this. The sacrifices felt heavy, and the progress felt invisible.

But when we looked back - really looked back - we could see how far we'd come. And that's what kept us moving forward. That's what helped us stay the course when it would have been easier to quit.

So before we flip the calendar to 2026, I want you to grab a cup of coffee (or tea, or hot cocoa - no judgment here) and spend 10 minutes celebrating the financial progress you DID make this year.

Here's what I want you to reflect on:

What bill or debt did you pay off - or pay DOWN? Even $50 less than last year counts. Progress is progress.

What spending trap did you avoid? Did you skip the BOGO sale when you knew you didn't need it? Walk away from a "great deal" that wasn't actually great? That's wisdom in action.

What new money habit did you start? Maybe you finally automated your savings, started tracking spending, or had your first budget conversation with your spouse that didn't end in an argument.

What did you say NO to financially? Every "no" to something that doesn't align with your values is a "yes" to your future.

What uncomfortable money conversation did you have? With a spouse, a family member, a client? Growth lives in discomfort.

Write these down. Seriously. Your brain needs to see them in black and white.

And here's the thing I want you to remember as we head into 2026: You don't have to have it all figured out to be making progress.

You didn't fail because you're not debt-free yet. You didn't blow it because you overspent one month. The fact that you're still showing up, still trying, still learning? That's the win.

So, before you set goals for next year, take a moment to honor this year. You've come further than you think.

Now, looking ahead: What's ONE financial commitment you want to carry into 2026? Not a New Year's resolution that'll fizzle by February - but one sustainable habit that builds on the wins you just celebrated?

Reply and tell me - I'd love to cheer you on.

Cheering for you,

Jenny

See you next week!
