I have to be honest—I'm sitting here feeling incredibly grateful, and I just had to share it with you.

Let's Talk About Thankfulness
I know Thanksgiving can be complicated. Maybe you're stressed about money. Maybe family dynamics are tough. Maybe this year has been really, really hard.
But here's what I've learned: Practicing gratitude doesn't mean ignoring the hard stuff. It means choosing to notice the good stuff too.
So this week, I want to challenge you (and myself) to practice thankfulness intentionally:
Write down three things you're grateful for each day. They don't have to be big. "My coffee was perfect this morning" counts. "My kid made me laugh" counts. "I paid a bill on time" counts.
Tell someone you appreciate them. Text a friend. Hug your kid. Thank the person bagging your groceries. Gratitude is contagious.
Give yourself some credit. You've made it through 100% of your hard days so far. That's not nothing. You're stronger than you think.
Even in the mess, even in the stress, even in the uncertainty—there's always something to be thankful for. Sometimes we just have to look a little harder to see it.
